We’ve seen it all. You’ll barely notice we were here.
Decks, garages, sunrooms, kitchens and bathrooms — built by a crew that builds whole homes for a living, and leaves yours cleaner than it found it.
What we do
The rooms people ask us for most.
In the order we like doing them. If yours isn’t on the list, ask anyway — a house is a house.
Decks & patios
Outdoor rooms built to be lived in the day we leave.
02Garages
Attached, detached, heated, lifted — a garage is a room too.
03Sunrooms
Light, warmth and a view, without the draughts.
04Kitchens
The room that has to keep working while everything changes.
05Bathrooms
Waterproofed and finished properly the first time.
Who’s building it
We build luxury homes. That's our day job. Decks are something we do on the side because we love it.
Years of building have taught us where the money matters in a job and where it doesn’t — which is how we keep finding low-cost ways to get high-value results. We’ll tell you which is which before you spend a dollar.
The same crew does the deck and the kitchen, so the people who know your house don’t disappear when the next job starts.
What people told Houzz
What homeowners say they want from a renovator — and what we do about it.
These aren’t our numbers; they’re what more than 2,800 homeowners told Houzz after renovating. We built how we work around them.
| Share | What they said | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| 48% | said their biggest hurdle was finding someone they trust. | Every job starts with a binder: what we require of ourselves, in writing, before you sign anything. Our licence, insurance and WCB clearance are on the About page with where to check them. |
| 34% | struggled to get a clear, detailed proposal or estimate. | You get a written scope with the price broken into parts, and the deck and garage builders on this site show you the parts before we ever meet. |
| 30% | wanted timely, accurate communication. | One person, one phone number, and an update at the end of every working day. |
| 41% | said a clear project timeline would have improved the experience. | A start date and a finish date at the walkthrough, a day-by-day schedule in the binder, and a call from us first if anything moves it. |
| 55% | said living through construction was the most stressful part. | The whole reason the Living with it page exists: sealed work areas, one door, a swept site every night, and a plan built around how you actually use the house. |

Five steps, and you can walk through in socks.
Walkthrough
We come to you, look at everything, and listen. You get a written scope and a fixed schedule before anything is touched.
Protect
Floors covered, dust barriers zipped, one door in and out, agreed working hours. Your house is sealed off from the work, not the other way round.
Build
One crew, one continuous push. Same faces every day and a single point of contact who answers the phone.
Reset
The site is swept and closed every evening. You can walk through it in socks.
Hand back
A walkthrough together, every snag fixed, and a check-in call a month later.
Tell us what the house needs.
A walkthrough costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You’ll leave with a written scope and a date.
