Three directions for makez.ca. Different designers, different buyers.

Each one is a complete home page with its own structure, voice and audience — not a colour change. The builders, gallery and process pages sit behind all three. Pick the one that feels like Makez; the other two tell you what you don’t want.

A · Safe

The family builder.

The site every homeowner recognises: phone number up top, free-quote form in the hero, checkmarks, reviews, FAQ, service area. Blue, white and wood. Nothing to learn.

Who it’s for: the broadest market — families and first-time renovators who want to know you’re real, local and insured before they call.Open direction A →
B · Adventurous

Field notes from the crew.

No hero photo. A numbered notebook with a side index, line drawings from the builders, checklists of what we inspect, pull quotes. Paper, ink, one highlighter.

Who it’s for: design-curious and professional buyers who read before they call, and the architects and inspectors who refer them.Open direction B →
C · Risky

Hi-vis.

Safety-vest orange, giant type, a marquee, a full-screen menu, three big tiles into the builders. Loud, funny, memorable — and polarising on purpose.

Who it’s for: modern, bold-taste buyers and anyone under fifty who screenshots websites. Kitchens and baths with a point of view.Open direction C →

The eight colourways of the base site are still there — compare them — and the three earlier experiments are under examples. Base site →
