About
Builders first. Renovators because we like it.
[Owner name — Evaristo’s full name] started Makez Construction Enterprise Ltd [in year]. We’ve built homes of every size and style since, and somewhere along the way found that fixing and improving the houses people already love is the work we like most.
We build luxury homes. That's our day job. Decks are something we do on the side because we love it.
Where we work
Edmonton and Northern Alberta, mostly. We take jobs in Saskatchewan too, and we’ll tell you at the first call whether yours is one we can do well from here.
How we think about money
Years of building have taught us where money matters in a job and where it doesn’t. There is almost always a lower-cost way to get the result you actually want, and we’d rather find it than sell you the expensive one. We’ll tell you which is which before you spend a dollar.
Our favourite jobs, in order
Decks and patios, garages, sunrooms, kitchens, bathrooms. The same crew does all of them, which is why the deck people don’t disappear when the kitchen starts.
