How a project runs

Five steps, and you can walk through in socks.

The whole job, from the first walkthrough to the call a month after we leave.

01

Walkthrough

We come to you, look at everything, and listen. You get a written scope and a fixed schedule before anything is touched.

02

Protect

Floors covered, dust barriers zipped, one door in and out, agreed working hours. Your house is sealed off from the work, not the other way round.

03

Build

One crew, one continuous push. Same faces every day and a single point of contact who answers the phone.

04

Reset

The site is swept and closed every evening. You can walk through it in socks.

05

Hand back

A walkthrough together, every snag fixed, and a check-in call a month later.

What to expect, day by day

We've seen it all.

Homes of every size and style — new builds and hundred-year-old houses, [N] of them. Whatever your house is hiding behind the drywall, it won't be the first time we've met it.

You'll barely notice we were here.

Floors covered, dust sealed behind zipped barriers, one door in and out, and a swept site every evening. The house stays yours while the work happens.

Done on the date we said.

A written scope and a day-by-day schedule before anything is touched, one crew from start to finish, and one phone number that answers.

A walkthrough costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You'll leave with a written scope and a date.
