Design it here. We build it there.
Build your deck before we build your deck.
Pick the shape, the boards, the railing and the extras. The drawing updates as you go, the price range follows, and one button sends the whole thing to Makez for a walkthrough.

The extras worth knowing about
The parts most deck companies don’t mention.
We build houses for a living, so we think about water, weight and weather before we think about board colour. These are the upgrades that decide whether you love the deck in year eight.
Under-deck water management
A trough under the boards catches the rain and sends it to one downspout. The ground underneath stays dry instead of washing away, and the space below stays usable.
Slatted canopy
Shade that moves with the sun and lets the heat out. The pergola for people who want light, not a roof.
Clear roof
Polycarbonate panels: dry in a downpour, bright on a grey day. Snow slides, light doesn’t.
Solid roof
A proper roof, tied into the house. An outdoor room in every month with a vowel in it.
Lighting and built-ins
Post caps and stair lights on a switch inside, and a bench that never blows over.
Privacy screen and levels
A slatted screen where the neighbour’s window is, and a second level where the yard drops.
Who’s building it
We build luxury homes. That's our day job. Decks are something we do on the side because we love it.…and it keeps us busy so we don't get fat watching TV. — Evaristo, owner

How it goes
Three visits, one deck.
We measure the yard, check the ledger and the ground, and finish your drawing together on a tablet. You get a written price and a start date.
[N] days for a straightforward deck. Same crew every day, site swept every evening, your lawn protected under the work.
A walkthrough, a written [N]-year warranty, and a call a month later to see how the first barbecue went.
Bring the drawing. We’ll bring the tape.
Walkthroughs are free and take about an hour. [phone number] · [email]
